Accounting
  • Send detailed monthly statements and expense receipts (if applicable) with the option of either paper checks or electronic deposit.

  • Taxes: As part of our new owner paperwork, all owners must fill out a W9 form.
    This enables us to issue you a 1099 with all rental income for the previous year
    as required by the IRS.
